William L. Hughes, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for the overall financial health of the company, with a particular focus on ensuring that the finance organization supports the company’s growth strategy. He oversees all aspects of corporate financial functions – including tax, treasury, revenue cycle management, financial planning – having gained an array and depth of skills as a senior healthcare executive across multiple companies.
Prior to joining, he was Principal at HyslopHughes, a boutique consulting firm providing focused strategic consulting by highly experienced healthcare leaders and innovators. He served as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Chief Operating Officer of Kure Pain Management at locations across Maryland, Delaware, and Michigan.
Bill also has held C-suite positions with various hospitals, including Anne Arundel Medical Center, The Hospital of the Good Samaritan and City of Hope National Medical Center.
He earned an MBA from A.B. Freeman School of Business, Tulane University and an MPH in Hospital Administration from the Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.
