Hollie Hurner, PA-C and Thomas Annulis, MD awarded for their commitment and leadership
Adfinitas Health providers, Hollie Hurner, PA-C and Thomas Annulis, MD, were presented with the annual Community Service Award by Calvert Memorial Hospital (CMH). Adfinitas Health has partnered with Calvert Memorial Hospital since 2008, delivering high-quality patient care to rural residents. The awards were presented by CMH President and CEO Dan Teague and vice president of medical affairs, J. Michael Brooks, MD, both of whom expressed their gratitude for the exceptional team of providers committed to the hospital. The Community Service Awards are reserved for medical staff who demonstrate outstanding commitment, leadership, and dedicated service to the community.
“Hollie is an inspiring leader and one of our most experienced hospitalist. She is one of two veteran physician assistants who lead our hospitalist programs at two rural hospitals, and she is also the director of informatics for acute services at CMH,” says Chang Choi, partner and regional medical director for Adfinitas Health. “Thomas is the kind of physician that helps us deliver outstanding care to our patients. He is knowledgeable and collaborative. I’m proud to work with both Hollie and Thomas.”
