Referral Bonus Tiers and Payouts
- Full-Time Hospitalist/Post-Acute Physician Referral:
- Bonus: $5,000
- Enjoy 50% after 90 days of employment

- Full-Time NP/PA with Minimum 1 Year Hospitalist Experience Referral*:
- Bonus: $5,000

*Must receive the APP Onboarding Training Waiver to qualify as an “experienced ” hospital medicine APP.
APP referrals who qualify for the APP Onboarding Program are not eligible for a referral bonus.
Business Development Referral Bonus Program
- Full-Service Hospital Medicine or Critical Care Program at an Acute Care Hospital
- Bonus: $1,000 if you secure a meeting with a member of hospital administration to discuss an HM or CC Partnership.
- Bonus of $10,000 if the hospital signs a 3-year partnership agreement with Adfinitas Health, $5,000 to be paid upon contract start and $5,000 to be paid upon contract profitability after 6 months.
- Medical Services contract with a Post-Acute Care Facility
- Bonus: $300 if you secure a meeting with a member of PAF administration to discuss providing medical services.
- Bonus of $1,000 if the facility signs an agreement with Adfinitas Health, $500 paid upon start of service and $500 paid upon contract profitability after 6 months.
Eligibility
We’ve kept the eligibility criteria simple and achievable
- All Adfinitas Health employees are eligible to receive the bonus with the exception of Corporate Director levels and above.
- You must be able to facilitate a meeting with a hospital or post-acute facility administration and a member of Adfinitas Health’s Business Development Team, and the facility should be one we aren’t already in discussions with.
- You must be an active employee with Adfinitas Health at the time of bonus payout.
- To tie your name to the referral, you must complete the Business Development Referral Bonus Form (accessible from the Employee Portal and on the website.
Referral Bonus Criteria
We’ve kept the eligibility criteria simple and achievable:
- All Adfinitas Health employees, except Corporate Director levels and above, Human Resources, and Recruitment personnel, are eligible for the referral bonus.
- The provider must not currently be affiliated with Adfinitas or one of our related groups.
- To qualify for the full bonus amount, the referral must be a full-time physician or APP and remain employed by Adfinitas Health for a minimum of six (6) months.
- You must be an active Adfinitas Health employee at the time of bonus payout.
- Complete the referral form (accessible on the Employee Portal) and email it to [email protected] before the candidate’s initial contact with Recruitment.
- New hires must receive the APP Onboarder Training Waiver to qualify as an experienced hospital medicine APP. APP referrals who qualify for the APP Onboarder Training Program are not eligible for a referral bonus.
