Adfinitas Health Vice President Gieselle E. Estes takes on new role

Estes’ experience in new program start-ups is critical as company expands into new markets

Hanover, MD – August 21, 2017 – Adfinitas Health, the largest private hospitalist and post-acute care practice in the Mid-Atlantic region, announced today that Gieselle E. Estes, has accepted a new role as Vice President and Chief of New Program Implementation. In her new role, Estes will lead new program implementation for Adfinitas Health’s hospital medicine portfolio. She brings significant previous experience to this role and will focus on ensuring the timely and effective start-up of new hospital medicine contracts across the US. Estes previously served as Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer since joining the company in 2015.

Estes is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and has over 15 years of senior-level experience in healthcare operations, recruitment, and business development. Prior to joining Adfinitas Health, she was COO for a large emergency medicine group practice in Texas. In this role, she was responsible for managing emergency care and multi-specialty coverage for 35 contracts and 500 providers and administrative staff. She provided departmental oversight for managed care, recruiting, credentialing, scheduling, marketing, communications, clinic operations and vendors.
