Adfinitas Health welcomes new VP/Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel

New Vice President Ashley Long brings two decades of legal and HR experience to the role

Hanover, MD – August 21, 2017 – Adfinitas Health, the largest private hospitalist and post-acute care practice in the Mid-Atlantic region, has hired of Ashley Long, Esq. for the newly created position of Vice President – Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel. Long will be responsible for managing human resources, credentialing, recruitment, and risk management.

Long draws on 20 years of experience successfully building and leading teams in large healthcare companies. Most recently, she was the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Sentient, a national provider of intraoperative neuro monitoring, where she led the HR, legal, compliance and risk management functions. Prior to Sentient, she held a similar role at American Radiology Services, a regional multi-state provider of diagnostic imaging that employed approximately 1,000 employees. She also has served in more traditional legal roles, including Senior Corporate Counsel for Integrated Health Services, a national provider of long-term care, and practiced law for an employment defense boutique firm in Memphis, Tennessee. Reporting to Adfinitas president Eric Nass, Long will support the company’s business and growth agenda as it expands outside of the Mid-Atlantic region.

Long earned a BA from Saint Mary’s College of Maryland and a JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law. She is a member of the State Bar of Maryland and Tennessee.
